EventShare are proud to be part of the operational management of The Ideal Home Show 2011. The UK's biggest consumer home event was re-launched by Media 10 in 2010 to great success and was awarded "Best Consumer Exhibition 2010" by the Association of Exhibitions Organiser's (AEO).
Eurogamer
Since its conception in 2007, EventShare has been operationally managing the UK's biggest, dedicated video gaming event. Eurogamer 2011 is promising further growth in representing the UK gaming industry.
CTN
EventShare are operationally managing CTN world for the second time in 2011. The home of convenience retailing is now in its eighth successful year and returns to the RICOH arena in Coventry.
HR Software
The HR Software Show and Recruitment Exhibition returns to Olympia and EventShares Operations portfolio for the fourth consecutive year in 2011.

About Us
EventShare is owned and operated by Stevie Hassard and Louise Kiwanuka. Stevie & Louise first met at Blenheim Exhibitions and have since racked up more years than they'd care to mention in managing a wide range of events. Their experience covers international & national exhibitions, outdoor events, consumer events, awards dinners & conferences. Since EventShare started in 2007, the team have successfully delivered a broad range of events from the smallest in our portfolio - the Fulham Palace Flower Fairies Festival to the largest - DSEi at ExCeL. Every event has its own eccentricities and teams which work in very different ways and we, as a company, are committed to adapting our own styles to complement our clients needs. By using the combined experience of Stevie, Louise and the team, EventShare are able to offer extensive expertise in making sure that events of any scale and kind can be managed to the highest level. When considering an event, we select the right people within the team to work on each project depending on their experience and the clients requirements. EventShare was set up in order that our clients could enjoy a focused and dedicated service from highly experienced personnel. The team work closely together using good systems of communication and agreed service levels to ensure that our service is maintained.

Our team is made up of the following;
Stevie Hassard - With 20 years experience in the exhibition industry and having previously worked for Blenheim (CMP/UBM) for ten years as operations director, Stevie has successfully managed both consumer and trade shows including LIVE, Networks, Confex and the furniture show.
Louise Kiwanuka - With 15 years experience working across the exhibition industry, Louise has a wide range of experience having worked as an operations manager with Blenheim Exhibitions, Penton Media & Tarsus Exhibitions, launching an event at Earls Court and moving into the venue management team at ECO.
Jenna Ball - The newest member of our team, Jenna has worked with EventShare for 2 years and brings enthusiasm and dedication to every show. Having already been involved across the EventShare portfolio Jenna has already built up a wealth of experience in liaising with exhibitor queries, contractors and venues alike.
Andy Charlton - With 15 Years experience in the industry from show and electrical management to lighting and rigging services, offering technical support to your event. Having previously been a manager for Melville exhibitions, the largest exhibition contractor in the UK, Andy offers a wealth of insight and experience to help make your event work.
Our role often includes:
- Sourcing and negotiation of venues (where applicable)
- Management and/or appointment of show Contractors
- Advise on Health & Safety management of event
- Budgets - setting, forecasting and managing
- Preparation & production of exhibitor manuals (paper or online) and related show documentation
- Management of floor plans in consultation with the event team
- Design and management of show features
- Management of signage and show graphics
- Logistical management of exhibitors, documentation, Local Authority and venue services
- Regular Team meetings
