EventShare is owned and operated by Stevie Hassard and Louise Kiwanuka. Stevie & Louise first met at Blenheim Exhibitions and have since racked up more years than they'd care to mention in managing a wide range of events. Their experience covers international & national exhibitions, outdoor events, consumer events, awards dinners & conferences. Since EventShare started in 2007, the team have successfully delivered a broad range of events from the smallest in our portfolio - the Fulham Palace Flower Fairies Festival to the largest - DSEi at ExCeL. Every event has its own eccentricities and teams which work in very different ways and we, as a company, are committed to adapting our own styles to complement our clients needs. By using the combined experience of Stevie, Louise and the team, EventShare are able to offer extensive expertise in making sure that events of any scale and kind can be managed to the highest level. When considering an event, we select the right people within the team to work on each project depending on their experience and the clients requirements. EventShare was set up in order that our clients could enjoy a focused and dedicated service from highly experienced personnel. We can take on the Operational element of the event and run it from our offices based in Crawley. This means that the EventShare team is working on your event rather than an individual ensuring constant support. Project Management is quoted on a project fee basis which is based on an estimated time-frame required to do the job.
Many of our clients run two or three events a year, each requiring some level of operational support but not enough to employ someone. Rather than work on one event at a time, EventShare can provide a longer term service and provide you with operational support as and when you need it. Yearly Operational Management is quoted on a monthly fee basis which is based on the events coming up and spread over of a 12 month period.
We are able to provide administrators, Operations Executives and Operations Managers on a short term basis to cover anything from a delay in recruiting a replacement, maternity leave to sickness etc. Stop Gap placements are quoted on a daily rate basis
Features often need managing separately from the general operations of the event and we are able to provide project management of these areas both in the run up to the event and onsite. Our services includes sourcing of content, sponsorship liaison and contractor management. Feature Management is quoted on a project fee basis which is based on an estimated time-frame required to do the job.
We are able to provide highly trained Organisers Office Staff, Feature Managers, Operational support staff on a daily basis.
We are also able to work with other specialist companies to provide a broader service including specialist conference programming, event sales teams and event marketing.
We can offer advice and support for all technical aspects of events and exhibitions. From machine shows to outdoor events with advice on rigging, structures, electrical distribution and logistics.
